THE PRICES AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE ARE THE BEST RATES OFFERED DIRECTLY BY OUR GUEST HOUSE, WITHOUT AN INTERMEDIARY.
Our rates in euros include breakfast served between 8:30 and 10:00, as well as access to the indoor heated pool or the outdoor pool depending on the weather (and depending on seasonal opening) and to the hammam all year round.
Payment for the stay can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, bank transfer, check, holiday vouchers or cash.
The house, dedicated to the peace and quiet of our guests, is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
We have three cats, and therefore cannot take in any other animals. Thank you for your understanding.
The house is entirely non-smoking, and discreet ashtrays are available in the garden.
You have the option to park your car inside the property free of charge.
Cyclists are also welcome. A secure storage area is available for your bicycles and travel equipment. Bicycles can be rented from our partner (reservations required and subject to availability) to explore the region.
It is possible to rent the rooms and reception areas for seminars. You can choose your own caterer, or we can advise you based on your preferences. In this case, a customized quote will be provided.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
As owners of Justin de Provence, we are committed to providing our guests with the warmest welcome, informing them about the house and the region's tourist attractions. The nightly rate includes breakfast. We provide breakfast service, served in the dining room or outside under the pergola of the "Le Parfait Amour" bistro, room cleaning, and an invoice for the duration of your stay. The client may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises after the expiry of the period initially agreed upon when subscribing to the accommodation service.
2. USE OF PREMISES
Our guests are expected to use the room peacefully and respect the premises. The number of people may not exceed the maximum occupancy of each room.
3. PAYMENT
For the standard rate, the reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit, which is collected by Justin de Provence. The balance is due upon arrival. For non-cancellable, non-refundable rates (promotional offers), 100% of the amount is payable at the time of booking. For checks and gift cards, the full amount is charged at the time of purchase.
4. ARRIVAL
Rooms are available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform us of your arrival time. Check-in is not possible after 10:00 PM. For longer stays, simply call us the day before your arrival to drop off your luggage between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM at the start of your stay. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel at least 8 days before the start of your stay, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 7 days before the start of your stay, the owner will retain the full amount paid. In case of a no-show, the full amount of your stay is due. If your stay is shortened, the owner will retain the full amount of the originally booked stay. If Justin de Provence cancels your room for a valid and serious reason, we will offer you alternative accommodation nearby in the same price category.
